These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Jinen, operated by Jinen Labs, Inc. ("Jinen", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are accepting on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
You may sign up using Google OAuth or an email/password. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@jinen.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice depending on severity.
Your content. You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or publish through Jinen. By using the platform, you grant Jinen a limited license to store, process, and serve that content solely as needed to provide the service.
Jinen's platform. The software, design, trademarks, and underlying systems that make up Jinen belong to Jinen Labs, Inc. These Terms do not transfer any ownership of the platform to you.
Jinen uses AI models (including Claude via AWS Bedrock) to assist with content creation, design, and site generation. AI outputs may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or inconsistent. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before publishing it. Jinen makes no warranty regarding the accuracy or fitness of AI-generated outputs.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, apply updates, or respond to incidents in ways that cause temporary downtime. We will provide advance notice for planned maintenance when feasible.
During the current beta period, Jinen may be offered free or at reduced cost. Pricing terms will be communicated before any charges apply. You will always have the option to cancel before being billed.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jinen and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform — including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the greater of (a) the fees you paid to Jinen in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) $100 USD.
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service. Upon termination, your content will be deleted within 30 days unless a longer retention is required by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
We may update these Terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
